SEA FREIGHT process…

1. Flicx UK arrange pitch dispatch (after customer payment is received) with our couriers
2. Transit is typically 35 days at sea
3. Once the pitch docks (Sydney, Melbourne, Perth or Brisbane) our appointed Australian freight forwarder will contact the customer.
4. Paperwork provided by Flicx UK (Invoice, Packing List, Aussie Packing Declaration, Bill of Lading) will need to be sent by the customer to the freight forwarder
5. Clearance costs will need to be paid by the customer (Australian GST – 15%, Duty – 5%, Custom Clearance – approximately $175 AUD and the local delivery charge. Pitch Delivered!

AIR FREIGHT process….

1. Flicx UK will arrange pitch dispatch (after customer payment is received)
2. Pitch sent via TNT Economy service (door to door). The cost is typically $1,000-1,400 AUD of which Flicx UK will contribute $500 AUD**.
3. TNT will phone the customer prior to delivery for the Australia GST and Duty payment (15% GST and 5% Duty)
4. The pitch will be delivered. Time of process is around 7-10 days from dispatch
