Success for the #SixersBeachBlast as magenta Flicx Pitches prove a big hit!

Flicx UK were delighted to supply the Sydney Sixers with five magenta pink 4.5m x 1.4m mini cricket pitches for their recent community programme the Sixers Beach Blast. The pitches were manufactured in the UK with the exact pantone colour used plus the Sixers logo was added to the wickets which were produced to a custom specification before being shipped to Sydney.

Ahead of the new BBL season, the Sixers took to the road for an exciting new community activation programme, which saw coaches host cricket clinics for boys and girls with some special guest appearances. The 2G Flicx Pitches were rolled out on the various beach locations down the NSW coastline, providing an attractive playing surface with a good bounce and obviously pitch markings and Sixers branding too.

“ The Sydney Sixers Beach Blast program saw the Sydney Sixers reach approximately 1100 kids up and down our sixers coastline and engaged these kids in a really fun and exciting beach cricket clinic! Prior to the event started I liaised with Gary from Flicx UK who was able to create the pitches for our tour which was vital in it going ahead. Gary and the Flicx team were a pleasure to work with and met every need and requirement to ensure the pitches were correctly coloured and would arrive in time for the event.

The kids absolutely loved playing on the 2G Flicx pitches with parents and families all wanting to take photos!
