“I see big potential for Flicx in India and other countries where new facilities need to be created in a cost effective way. We are really happy with how our pitches stationed across Rajasthan are performing and think there will be a huge appetite for this roll out concept, in other states too. We are happy to help more people play cricket on a surface which performs really well in subcontinent conditions and it really gives our young players the best possible start to their cricketing journeys”.
Pawan Goyal

The main aim of the Kent Cricket Club Sierra Leone is to engage young people from a range of backgrounds in areas affected by disaster, youth crime and anti-social behaviour. Many of the young people KCC has bought under its wing face an uncertain future and cricket has given them support, friendship, purpose and hope. The KCC have hosted regular Beach Cricket festivals on a Flicx Pitch

“In the summer of last year, we purchased two more Flicx pitches and have spread them around the country hosting our adult leagues. You cannot put a price on what the Flicx pitch has done for cricket in Israel – it is without a doubt the best investment that we have made and without it, we would have no facilities”
Herschel Gutman

The portability of the Flicx Pitch negated the issue of lack of space allowing the pitch to be put down on existing soccer and baseball fields which are currently more popular sports in Colombia. The pitch has provided the opportunity for cricket to flourish in Colombia as well as create the awareness it has needed to grow.

“Bute County fully endorse the obvious logic in purchasing a Flicx 2G wicket. The benefits are numerous and it’s very easy for two people to transport and then quickly roll out to get the game started.”

“With no groundsman or expertise to prepare grass wickets, a 2G Flicx Pitch made a lot of sense for us and absolutely transformed the standard of cricket that we could teach. We now also play matches against other schools whilst our better cricketers no longer have to play shots on a makeshift, bobbly football pitch.”

“The Grassroots Cricket Fund helped Launceston Cricket Club purchase a Flicx Pitch. This has allowed the club to host junior matches on the outfield of our home ground at the NTCA complex, and it has also been used for senior training. We are grateful that the purchase of a Flicx Pitch has expanded the access we have to playing and training facilities”
Glenn Joyce

“With restricted access to the club’s indoor facilities, the Flicx Pitch has been a complete success and a genuine alternative hosting cricket on a local hockey astro under the floodlights. It has enabled our junior section to continue playing into the autumn and winter uninterrupted providing good grip and a responsive, hard wearing surface for a good bounce”
Paul Hacker
