1. Supporting Cricket in Sheffield Communities 🤗

Hamzah Hussain has used the 2G Flicx Pitch extensively to bring cricket to diverse communities in Yorkshire. 2. Elevating Cricket Festivals 🏆

The versatility of the 2G Flicx Pitch has been instrumental in hosting numerous cricket festivals. 3. Collaboration with County Boards 🫱🏽‍🫲🏽

Flicx UK has worked in partnership with a growing number of County Boards / Cricket Foundations to enhance grassroots cricket facilities for clubs and schools. Flicx supports festivals and events with our partners and offers a model which invests 2G Flicx Pitches back into the County Boards whilst funding is also available in some instances. We are proud to work with Surrey, Sussex, Oxon, Gloucestershire and Lancashire as-well as connecting with others across the UK and associations all around the world too.

4. Transforming Riverside’s Cricket Facilities 🌎

The Riverside Premier Cricket League (RPCL) launched in April 2024, utilising a 2G Flicx Pitch to convert a park area in Riverside, California into a new cricket ground. This transformation has enabled the league to host matches in previously unusable spaces, significantly expanding playing opportunities for the community. 5. Record-Breaking Charity Match ⛰️

Henley Cricket Club players organised England’s highest cricket match at the top of Helvellyn in the Lake District, using a 2G Flicx Pitch. 6. Sixes Growth

The Flicx team have been busy this year supplying the surfaces for a number of new Sixes sites including London Bridge, Oxford, Bristol, Trinidad and Tobago and Headingley as well as refurbishments for Fitzrovia, Brighton, Westfield – Shephards Bush, Fulham, Guildford, Manchester and franchise installs with Team Sports.

7. Enhancing State School Cricket Programs 🏫

Trinity Academy Leeds, led by PE teacher Rob Withers, integrated the 2G Flicx Pitch into their cricket program and now hosts matches by converting their rubbercrumb All Weather Synthetic Pitch. The pitch’s ease of use and adaptability have enriched the school’s sports curriculum, offering students improved playing experiences and creating huge passion for cricket in both girls and boys in the school. 8. CPL Beach Blast 🏖️

One of the most glamorous locations of a 2G Flicx Pitch was thanks to the Caribbean Premier League who purchased two pitches to host their Live and Louder Beach Blast in Barbados. Great vibes!!

9. Donation to Sussex Cricket Foundation 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Flicx UK donated a vibrant blue batting end to the Sussex Cricket Foundation, enhancing their fan experience at fixtures as part of their Famzone refurbishment project. 10. Showcasing Tapeball Cricket 🏏

The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) hosted a Tapeball Cricket showcase event, featuring the 2G Flicx Pitch. The event highlighted the pitch’s adaptability and its role in promoting alternative formats of the game, making cricket more accessible to diverse audiences.
