Before ordering a pitch from Flicx, do read our delivery information
How long does it take to process an order?
Each 2G Flicx Pitch, Batting end and throwdown is handmade to order in the UK by Flicx UK (in the majority of cases that would be by our master pitch maker Rob). Please allow 3-5 working days for manufacture (during peak times our lead times may increase but any increase in lead times will be noted on the website so you are aware before you order). When you place an order on our website, you will be emailed an order confirmation then once your pitch is ready to dispatch we will send tracking as well as a delivery email sequence including installation information.What UK Shipping options are available?
We use a next working day service for customers on the UK mainland. At peak times for our couriers, delays can result but these are unusual and tend just to be a one day delay. I am an international customer – how long will my pitch take to arrive?
We quote all international orders with a bespoke delivery quote based on location. This can be by air or sea depending which is quickest or most cost effective. Once your pitch is manufactured and ready to dispatch again we will be in touch to confirm the delivery provider and service used. Your original quote will also confirm if any duties need to be paid on arrival and any custom documents required.How much extra time should I allow for logo printing or bespoke colored pitches?
If you are purchasing a pitch, batting end or throwdown with a logo, do allow an extra week for printing. A high res logo needs to be supplied and we can send mock ups ahead of your order to confirm placement and colours. We can also match a pitch to a specific pantone shade to create fully branded pitches for sponsors to use in fan engagement, activation events. If bespoke tiles are required longer lead times apply (typically an extra month) but these pitches look epic !!Is it possible to collect an order from the Flicx UK office?
Yes you are welcome to come and collect your pitch from us if you are local to NN13 5NS. Just check in before you travel to ensure the office is open and you will need a truck or van large enough for your pitch to fit in (rolled up).WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY...
